We learned about being a good listener with our yoga today! When you listen, use your ears, eyes, head and heart and rest your chicken wings (hands) and chicken lips (mouth) so you aren't an "Interrupting Chicken?!" Yoga helps keep your body calm for listening. Try a "big squeeze" to self-regulate -- squeeze muscles groups (muscles in your hands, arms, face, tummy/seat, legs, feet) tight, tight, tight and then relax . . .
