Cat Charm -- I Am Curious -- Ask questions!  Consider possibilities! -- FORWARD FOLD

Book Charm -- I Am Open -- Be ready and available for something new -- REVERSE SWAN DIVE

Warrior Charm -- I Am Strong -- I can do hard things! I have before, I will again -- NAMASTE HANDS
