Come to Family Wellness Night at PHES!

 Do you want to build a snowman?⛄
 To make a snowball, sit on your bum and gather your knees to your chest to squeeze the snowflakes together.  Then make the snowball bigger by rocking and rolling on your back body:

Rock and roll to standing to stack your snowballs!  Try not to use your hands as your stand to strengthen your tummy muscles.😛

Bend your knees, drop your hips, and circle your arms overhead!
