Today we yoga-ed with Goldilocks and other fairytale and folktale friends!
We sat in Baby Bear's CHAIR like Goldilocks!
We worked TRIANGLE POSE for the Witch's Hat and Cinderella's Gown!
We howled like the Big, Bad Wolf--aaarrrrooOOOOOO!🐺
We rested and felt good at the end of our yoga practice.👍 You can LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER with YOGA!🧘
