Working The Feels

We begin with BREATHING!
We work counting breath and . . . 
flower/candle breath!

We get excited about Bellows Breathing!
Hands to your shoulders, elbows together.  Breath in to open, breath out to close.
Hot Chocolate Breath is YUMMY!
Ready to work Slumberkins' The Feels by Callie Christensen and Kelly Oriard.
We shared the story!
We played with the toys!
We worked the yeti up the mountain with our yoga!
We warmed up our bodies.

We went through the door.

When you are mad, pretending to be a volcano moves your anger in okay way--(1) nobody gets hurt (2) nothing gets broken!
To invite happiness into a sad heart, try a TRIANGLE pose.
The yeti finds calm at the top of the mountain!
So did we!
