We're BACK! Yay for Yoga and how it helps us work our feelings in a healthy way.🙂 We explored the feelings and animals in this good book during Tuesday's practice:
We took deep breaths to get started!
We were strong like mountains, stable even when the ground "rattles and rolls." Here Mrs. Broam gives "an earthquake!" to a strong yogi!
"Feeling chicken" is an unpleasant feeling. It's okay to feel unpleasant feelings. We don't like or want to. But it's okay to feel them. 🐔

Breathing like a LION when you are angry may help manage this emotion!🦁
