Tree Pose stretches your legs, body and shoulders. It strengthens ankles, calves, and tones the tummy. Balancing postures, like tree pose, improve your focus and concentration skills.๐ง
Butterfly Pose stretches inner thighs, hips, and low back.๐ฆ
Bow Pose works the muscles in your back, stomach, arms, and legs. It stretches your throat, chest, arms, stomach, hips, thighs, and ankles. When you bend your back, you activate spinal nerves, increase circulation, and strengthen the entire length of the spine.๐น
