We had fun bowling for bunnies in our yoga practice this week!
We breathed like bunnies, warmed our bodies by "moving like the sun," then picked out postures from our set of Yoga Cards to place under the bunny pins.
We took turns rolling the ball:
and when a bunny was knocked down . . .
we practiced a pose corresponding to the bunny. This is a "slide" or reverse plank pose:
We also worked in "candle",
"table",
and "waterfall!"
After our final relaxation, we made origami rabbits:
and picked out a treat for our Easter Baskets!
No April Foolin', hope the Easter Bunny was good to YOU today!
