This is a yoga sequence, several yoga postures knitted together. This particular one is a "Sun A." It is my favorite. It includes folding, strengthening, back bending~it is a balancing combination of postures! When you breathe in on a move and breathe out on the next, you calm yourself if you're revved up or energize if you're sluggish.
