It's YOGA POSE or BREATHING STRATEGY or MOMENT for MINDFULNESS or simply ENTERTAINMENT?!
Be a detective! Close your eyes and sit still and quiet. What's the weather inside of you? Just observe. Don't judge. What do you notice? What do you discover?
Practice Whole World Mudra by touching each finger tip together. Sing "He's Got the Whole World In His Hands!" This yoga for your hands may be helpful for improving your overall level of energy. It may also help you expand your awareness in all directions.
Breathe like a Choo-Choo Train! Breathe in as you extend your arm. When you pull your arm in, exhale. Slightly increase the speed of your movement and breath. Can you hear the train coming down the tracks?
Breathe in for a seated cow pose, expanding through the chest, gently scooping the back. Breathe out for a rounded back and hug. Alternate the arm on top as you move and breathe. This is a chair version of the happy cat and angry cat yoga postures.
Raise your flag by being the "triangle!"
We can also call this a "giraffe!" Put your feet on "railroad tracks" and then turn the toe closest to the chair toward the chair. Push the hips away from the chair, stretch the arms out like a letter "T" and tip into the seat of the chair! Open the chest wide and breathe.
Warrior 1 -- Roar your inner dinosaur!
Now tip forward, reaching your belly button and toe to the ground to take flight!
Lengthen the neck as you fly!
Now "Warrior 1" on your second side!
Always be yourself, unless you can be a unicorn . . . then ALWAYS BE A UNICORN!🦄
Fly your flamingo (Warrior 3)!
Don't shoot the messenger . . . but do SHOOT the arrow with this leg stretch! Be sure to work both legs. You can use a tie or yoga strap to reach around the bottom of the foot if that helps you git 'er done. ←↑→↓↖↗↘↙

Let's get cooking! We'll "stir it up" to heat the core! Sit up nice and tall as you stir the pot with a tall, neutral spine. "The stir" can be as big as you want to make it. Continue to breathe as you move your torso in a circle.
The king hovers in "chair pose" a little above his throne! Keep the weight evenly distributed in your legs, relax your shoulders, and keep a smile on your face.
Move like the Sunshine -- sunrise, sunset, and sunrise again!
Now it's time to wave your flag!
