When You're Angry, YOGA!

When Abraham Lincoln was angry, he would write a letter!  He "never signed, never delivered" these.  He got his frustration out of his head and on to the paper and then threw these letters away!

When you are angry, you can focus on your breathing!  Breathing "chills your inner monster out."👾

Warrior or Hero poses help you to be strong and manage your angry feelings in a healthy way: (1) nobody gets hurt and (2) nothing gets broken.

Balance helps you concentrate on being in the present moment! Not stuck on a frustration that happened last week or focused on one that hasn't happened yet🌳

"I want my life to make a difference!" -- It will when you can manage your feelings in healthy ways!🙋
