Praise Hands -- 2Worship the Lord with gladness: come before Him with joyful songs.
Palms together, Thumbs north and south -- 3Know that the Lord is God:
Slide and Bend, Hold ⅔ of fingers -- it is He who made us;
Slide back to palms and Twist -- and we are His People and sheep of his pasture.
Slide, Bend and Hold ⅔ on the opposite side -- 4Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise.
Slide back and twist to prayer hands -- Give thanks to Him, and praise His name:
