Three More Strategies for Relaxation

We learned three more strategies for relaxing today!  We learned to breathe like a ferris wheel?!

We learned to squeeze our bodies like toothpaste tubes!
tighten your muscles and 
then relax them!

We reviewed strategies like balloon breath:

milk shake: 



Yawn 'n FLOP:


We practiced balancing and moving like the sun.  We made a triangle with our bodies and told a story about Worry Wilma!
