A Dozen Strategies for Relaxation

We're STANDING TALL as we learn a dozen strategies for relaxation in September!  These strategies relax our minds, breath and bodies.  

We learned the first three strategies today.

The mini Hoberman Sphere is a great tool for taking a deep breath.  We used the BIG Hoberman Sphere to celebrate a great helper at the end of our practice!

We are making a positive difference with our yoga.
