Seven Sacred Pauses: Living Mindfully Through the Hours of the Day, she describes the midnight hour as a time of vigilance and deep listening, mystery and silence, surrender and trust. We will explore "seeing without a light." We will "lean in to the darkness and grow wise" as wait and keep watch with those who wait. We'll practice calming and restorative postures as we learn about one of the seven times of day we are invited to be still and quiet. Please join us if your schedule and location allows!!
