RAINBOW Yoga -- zipaDee-ORANGE

Use these practices when you roll a #2 for the following colors!

Red -- Breathe
Place one hand on your belly and the other on your heart!  See if you can move both with your breath.

Orange -- Warm
Move Like the Sun🌞

Yellow -- Work
 Warrior 1

 Warrior 3

 Stork [Can you move from Warrior 3 to Stork without touching the ground?]

 Cross Over Foot Side Bend, one direction . . .
 then the other!

Forward Fold [Repeat sequence for the opposite side of the body]

Green -- Balance
Tree

Blue -- Cool
Wide Legged Forward Fold (You can also stretch over each leg and side stretch to toes)

Twist for Transition
Simple Twist -- be sure to twist in both directions

Purple -- Rest
Body Scan -- Feel the starlight or sunshine travel from your heart to your
right shoulder
right elbow
right wrist
right hand and then back to 
right wrist, right elbow, right shoulder, and heart.
Work down your left arm, both legs, your belly, back, neck, shoulders, face and head.🌟
