Use these practices when you roll a #4 for the following colors!
Red -- Breathe
Breathe in and out as you hold your hands in Eagle Mudra. A mudra is yoga for your hands! I always think of it as snack size yoga.π Hold your palms up in front, facing in. Cross your hands past each other, and hook the thumbs together. Stretch the fingers away from center like an eagle's wings in flight. Hold this mudra in front of the heart or up in front of the throat. This can create a sense of openness and freedom in the heart or the throat depending on where it is held. Use when you feel "stuck," "constricted," or "congested."
Orange -- Warm
This shows you 1/2 the star. Step-by-step directions are included in the blog post. Work on both sides of the body for maximum SHINEπ
Yellow -- Work

Fold the thumbs into the hands and wrap the fingers around them making loose fists with the thumbs tucked inside. Place the hands on the thighs, palms down. This mudra can help reduce feelings of anxiety and instill a sense of stability and calm. It may feel cooling and quieting. Use when you want to deepen your breath, feel safe, and grounded.
