We're WILD about FEELINGS and YOGA!!

We're BACK!  Yay for Yoga and how it helps us work our feelings in a healthy way.πŸ™‚ We explored the feelings and animals in this good book during Tuesday's practice:

We took deep breaths to get started!

We were strong like mountains, stable even when the ground "rattles and rolls." Here Mrs. Broam gives "an earthquake!" to a strong yogi!

"Feeling chicken" is an unpleasant feeling.  It's okay to feel unpleasant feelings.  We don't like or want to. But it's okay to feel them. πŸ”

Here we are strutting our chickens and roostersπŸ“around the barnyard:

Here we are as howling "lone" wolves🐺

and "batty" batsπŸ¦‡, hanging around:

Breathing like a LION when you are angry may help manage this emotion!🦁

Yoga soothes your WILD Feelings!πŸ˜ πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜’πŸ˜“πŸ˜”πŸ˜–πŸ˜œπŸ˜£πŸ˜§πŸ˜©πŸ˜ͺ😫😳
