Jenga Blocks and Popsicle Sticks

Pull up a chair and let's play a game!

Build a Jenga tower with blocks that have yoga poses written on them.  Pull a block, do a yoga pose!

Oops?!  It all falls down!

Sometimes, we find ourselves in unexpected situations!  Sometimes Jenga towers crumble . . . Our yoga helps us to be flexible and creative, open-minded and resilient.

Next we rested, using our imagination to create something with sticks!
