Leprechauns, Giants and St. Patrick's Day . . . Oh, My!

We balanced peacock feathers to center and be ready for our yoga practice!

We warmed up our bodies by moving like the sun.  Here are snakes you will NOT find in Ireland!

Irish Legend #2--The Children of Lir

The Children of Lir were cursed to be swans for 900 years!  Here they are floating on a lake . . . 

When the spell was finally broken, they danced and celebrated!

During final relaxation, we followed a leprechaun to his pot of gold!  He gave us a gold coin . . .
